Since the establishment of New Well's predecessor in 1991, the company has focused on the research, development, manufacturing and service of wheat flour and grain food improvers, and maintained a leading brand position in China's industry.
In the mid-1990s, the company invested and founded Zhongshan Southern New Well Food Biology Engineering Co., Ltd. (NWB) at the National Science and Technology Health Industry Base in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province via investment promotion, and successfully put it into operation in 1998. This further consolidated its leading brand position in the wheat flour processing and food sectors for monomer enzymes, compound enzymes, compound improvers, emulsifiers, flavor additives and other related products.
Over more than 30 years of development, Southern New Well adheres to the enterprise tenet of scientific and technological innovation, continuous improvement and innovation empowerment. New Well operates dual R&D and production bases in China and the United States. It currently has more than 10 international industry experts and professors, as well as nearly 20 core technical R&D backbones.
